Sixhill Warranty Policy

At Sixhill, we are dedicated to offering high-quality Heat-Not-Burn (HNB) devices, HNB sticks, and vape products. We comply with applicable consumer protection and product safety regulations, and this warranty policy is designed to align with industry best practices and relevant legal standards.

1. Warranty Duration

We provide a 6-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase on electronic devices (such as HNB and vape hardware). This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Sixhill or authorized distributors.

Note: Due to safety and hygiene regulations, consumable items (including HNB sticks, vape pods, coils, and e-liquids) are excluded from warranty coverage unless proven defective upon unsealing.

2. Coverage Scope

The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use and compliant with local regulations. If the defect is validated, Sixhill may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace it with a new or equivalent item;

  • Or issue a refund if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.

3. Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, modification, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repair;

  • Damage resulting from use with incompatible or non-original accessories;

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration, etc.) that does not affect device performance;

  • Products without a verifiable proof of purchase;

  • Consumables (as noted), unless defective at the time of delivery.

4. Legal Compliance and Safety

Due to the regulatory nature of tobacco-alternative products:

  • Products must be used only as intended, and in accordance with local age restrictions;

  • Warranty claims may be voided if the product was used in violation of local laws or safety guidelines;

  • Sixhill complies with consumer rights legislation, including but not limited to refund, replacement, and repair obligations under applicable laws.

5. Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Sixhill support via our website or official email with your order number, product details, and a clear description of the issue;

  2. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days and may request additional documentation or inspection;

  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided. You may be eligible for reimbursement of reasonable shipping costs.

6. Additional Terms

  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser;

  • Sixhill reserves the right to inspect, test, and verify all claims before determining coverage;

  • This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.
