Warranty Coverage

• The warranty is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of product purchase.
• Warranty claims may be submitted if the issue is caused by manufacturing defects or factory-related errors.
• The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to drops, dents, cracks, or exposure to water or other liquids.
• Products submitted for warranty claims must be in the same condition as when first purchased, with no physical damage or signs of human error.
 

How to Claim Warranty

• Customers must provide valid proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim.
• The product must be returned together with the original product box, warranty card, and all included accessories.
• The product must be in good physical condition, with no dents from drops, severe scratches, or other signs of human error.
• Products must be shipped to the designated service address. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The warranty claim process takes approximately 3 (three) business days after the product is received.
 

Items Not Eligible for Warranty Claims

• Second-hand or used products purchased from third parties or previous owners.
• Products obtained through giveaway programs, promotions, or free distributions.
• Products without valid proof of purchase.
• Products returned without original packaging or complete accessories.
• Tobacco products are not covered under warranty.
However, if tobacco products are severely damaged during shipping, customers may submit photos as evidence to request a replacement, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
